At least the room was nice strip view, could see the Bellagio perfectly. Such a long wait was totally unacceptable, yet the staff offered no explanation or gesture of apology for the inconvenience just total rudeness. Arrived & saw the many angry guests in the same boat as us (the mob was 200+ people deep). Had lunch, walked around (with luggage as there was no storage available). After a a 5-hour flight (jetlagged from time zone difference), we did the early check-in at 2 pm (we were told our room would be ready by 4 pm), no problem. Looked forward to a 3-night comp stay (Caesars Rewards perk) for our wedding anniversary (yes, we did pay the daily resort fee), so while I wouldn't ordinarily complain, the check in crowd was a nightmare upon arrival.
